Play Responsibly on fb888
fb888 believes gaming should be enjoyable, not stressful. On this page you will find a guide to safe betting, tools, and support information.
Safe Gaming Is Our Priority at fb888
fb888 is known to players in Bangladesh as a reliable and entertaining online gaming platform. Your safety comes first for us. Gaming should be an enjoyable experience — it should never be a cause of financial hardship or mental stress.
We know that online betting and casino gaming can sometimes become a habit. That is why fb888 provides various protective measures and self-help tools for all its users. On this page we will explain how you can keep your gaming experience under control.
Responsible gaming means playing with awareness and within your means. The possibility of losing is always there — so never play with more money or emotion than you can afford. Start playing on fb888 only when you are in a comfortable state of mind and financially able to do so.
21+ Age Requirement — No Access for Minors
fb888 strictly provides services to people aged 21 and above only. Minors opening accounts or gaming is completely prohibited. If there are any underage members in your household, please take the following steps:
- Install parental control software on your device.
- Do not share your fb888 account password with others.
- Set up filters in your browser to restrict access to gaming sites.
- If in doubt, contact our support — we are ready to help.
Our Protection Tools
fb888 provides these special tools to keep your gaming experience safe and controlled.
Deposit Limit
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit for yourself. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased before the specified time. This prevents spending beyond your budget.
Time-Out Break
If you feel you need a break, take a time-out ranging from 24 hours to several weeks. During this time your account will be temporarily inactive — clear your head, then come back.
Self-Exclusion
Through long-term self-exclusion you can keep your account closed for anywhere from 6 months to permanently. Activating this option also stops marketing emails. Contact support to activate it.
Betting History Review
All gaming and transaction history is visible in your account. Regularly review how much time and money you are spending — an aware player is always a careful player.
24/7 Support Team
fb888's support team is by your side 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Contact us via live chat or email — support is available in both Bengali and English.
Reality Check
You will receive reality check notifications at set intervals — reminding you how long you have been playing. This helps prevent losing track during long sessions.
Assess Yourself
The questions below will help you think honestly about your gaming habits. If you answer "yes" to most of them, please get in touch with us.
Are you spending more than your budget on betting and feeling regret afterwards?
Are you gaming more instead of spending time with family or friends?
Do you repeatedly feel the urge to play again to recover money you have lost?
Is gaming having a negative effect on your sleep, work, or studies?
Are you unable to stop gaming even when you want to — do you feel uneasy?
Are you betting with borrowed money or by dipping into your savings?
If you answered "yes" to even one of the questions above, do not wait — talk to our support team. Remember, asking for help takes courage.
How to Use the Tools
Setting a Deposit Limit
Go to the "Responsible Gaming" section in your account settings and set your preferred amount. The limit takes effect immediately. Reducing a set limit is instant, but increasing it requires a specified waiting period — this protects you from making decisions on impulse.
Activating Time-Out
Choose the time-out duration directly from your account settings. Once the period ends, your account is automatically reactivated. During the time-out you will not be able to log in or make a deposit.
Self-Exclusion Request
Contact us at the support email ([email protected]) or submit a request through live chat for self-exclusion. Our team will close the account as quickly as possible and stop all marketing communications entirely.
Reality Check Notifications
Set your reality check interval in account settings — for example, every 30 minutes or every hour. After the set time, a message will let you know how long you have been playing.
Responsible Gaming Tips
Before starting each session on fb888, set a budget for yourself. Never use more than this budget, even if you think "a little more and I'll win." Remember, gaming is for entertainment — it is not a source of income.
Time management also matters. Playing for long stretches without a break brings mental fatigue and reduces your ability to make good decisions. Set a time limit for yourself and take breaks. Spend time with family, exercise, and keep up other hobbies.
Avoid gaming when you are drinking or under stress. Decisions made in an emotional state generally do not turn out well. Always read the terms and conditions carefully before accepting any fb888 bonus or promotion — especially the wagering requirements.
Placing bigger bets in a rush to quickly recover lost money is called "chasing losses" and it is one of the most harmful habits. If you reach your set limit in a session, stop playing for the day.
